We know that you students enjoy a different blend of offerings, and we got just the style for you! Join us for some gentle movement, a faster paced flow, or alignment that will awaken muscles you didn’t know existed!

    Learn (Principles)

    Foundations and Skill Building!

    This class is a slower, more intentional class focused on understanding yoga rather than memorizing shapes. We break down poses, transitions, functional movement, and breath so you feel confident and informed.

    Move (Vinyāsa)

    Let’s get moving!

    This is where breath meets movement in a traditional Vinyāsa style class. With lots of variations and modifications, all practitioners are empowered to create an individualized experience. Perfect for students who want to feel stronger, more open, and more at Home in their body.

    Ground (Gentle)

    Slow Flow and Nervous System Re-Set!

    Ground is a steady, nourishing practice designed to help you settle, soften, and reconnect. Movements are intentional, breath is emphasized, and sensation is embodied. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced students looking to relax and turn inward.

    Release (Yin)

    Settle into the flip side of motion!

    Yin is quiet, still, and meditative and invites a turning inward to rest deeply. Poses are held longer for optimum muscle recovery, connective tissue nourishment, and invites deep release. Create balance, calm the mental chatter, and sooth the physical form.

    Play (Pose Breakdown)

    A fun class for exploration and new awarenesses.

    This class focuses on breaking down anatomy and alignment concepts leading up to the integration of them all in one pose. Based off of Samantha’s posture workshop series, this class is engaging and fun and is accessible for all practitioners!

    Seat (Chair)

    Bring the floor to you and create more space for exploration and mobility.

    Chair give us an opportunity to be supported and also challenged allowing a different and lovely perspective of yoga to unfold.

    Yoga Nidrā+

    Yoga Nidrā is a practice of awareness.

    Typically practiced in a reclined position, your guide will lead you to bodily exploration while you witness a state of deep relaxation. Every month will have a different theme to explore and enjoy, but the nidrā will be the same!
