Poses, Props,
and Popsicles
Learn how to enhance your personal yoga practice and experiment with fun techniques using props.
Some people have the misconception that props aren’t useful or are inconvenient but in reality, they help achieve a much safer practice, providing a foundation for true body alignment!
Join us for this 2-hour workshop that utilizes blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps and the wall in unique ways and broken down into sections to improve the effectiveness of specific asanā.
Stay afterwards for yummy, refreshing popsicles to celebrate our efforts!

Yoga Home’s 1st
Yoga Clothing Swap!
Declutter your closet, grab a snack to share, and bring clean, good-condition clothes that you no longer want and browse the wardrobes of others! Create a new look or find clothing that supports your style! Mingle with community, meet new friends and snack on goodies for an afternoon of fun!
Rules for equanimity and equitable exchange!
Snacks: Bring a snack to share while “shopping”.
What to bring (and what not to): Bring a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 items. Quality over quantity is key! Please don’t bring clothes just to donate them when the trade is over.
Condition check: Only clean and wearable items please. No stains, holes, broken zippers, or smells.
Other Items: Shoes, accessories, bags, hats, etc. are all welcome but do not count towards your item count. And definitely bring anything related to yoga!
Bring a reusable bag: To take your goodies home with you!
First come, first served: Finders Keepers!
Be mindful: Take only what you love and will wear. The goal is to declutter, not re-clutter.
Registration required but the event is FREE!
