  • Therapeutic massage manipulates the body's soft tissues to address specific physical issues, such as sore muscles, chronic pain, and postural imbalances. This massage is typically full body, with extra focus on areas of discomfort. An extra 30 mins. gives the LMT time to explore and address multiple areas of concern, or to give more love and attention to one specific area.

  • Often called the “science of life”, Āyurveda is one of the world’s oldest and most comprehensive systems of health care. Originating over 5,000 years ago in Ancient India, Āyurveda serves over one billion people globally today. Rooted in natural science and ancient, practical common sense, Āyurveda addresses the individual to support strong foundations of personalized health.

This massage honors the practice of Āyurveda and addresses the imbalance of one’s particular doṣa by using medicated oils and marma point therapy.

Massage Therapy utilizes touch and soft tissue manipulation to bring relief and rest to weary muscles. Our sessions are designed to relax the nervous system providing softness, rejuvenation, and tension release.

Meet the Team

  • Ren Bogush (He/Him) Licensed Massage Therapist

Ren has been a massage therapist since 2023, studied at CIMT, and has a certificate in neuromuscular physiology. His goal with massage is to help you integrate a healthy understanding and awareness of your body. His interests in massage stem from a medical standpoint. He finds anatomy fascinating in the sense that we all have similar make ups but use our bodies so differently. We adapt to the environments we participate in, which sometimes causes pain, and he’s here to assist in relieving that pain and educating his clients on how to prevent it. Through an excessive amount of soul searching, he believes his purpose is to help others. He’s honored to be a part of anyone's journey of curiosity on how and why their physical form functions as it does.

  • Samantha Hart (She/They) Licensed Massage Therapist

Samantha began her journey as a massage therapist when she wanted to have an avenue to help her pay for her yoga therapy schooling. With the help of her massage mentor, Sara Carson, Samantha got licensed as a massage therapist in 2019. She created a massage style that includes all of her ongoing training in the yoga and Āyurveda world to offer luxurious sessions with the intention of creating space for the body to find its path to healing and vitality. After a few years of rehabilitation for some persistent injuries, Samantha is excited to offer her massage services again.
