With a focus on alignment and anatomy, learn to tune into your body’s innate wisdom. This class uses external cues to create internal awareness. Your body is your best teacher.

Delve into the body’s ability for dynamic exploration. The traditional Vinyāsa style links the breath with movement to cultivate stillness of the mind. Through variations and modifications, all practitioners are empowered to create an individualized experience.

Gift yourSelf the opportunity to return to yoga’s roots through a calming practice of Haṭha yoga. As you settle into each posture, invite in moments of silence to reflect inward. This practice is typified by mindful breathwork, static poses, an alignment focus, and a manageable pace. Perfect for practitioners of all levels.

Enjoy some movement, breathwork, and sound vibrations to achieve a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. After a delicious Vinyāsa flow designed to release tension, relax in an extended savāsana with healing sound vibrations allowing integration into a new state of wellbeing.

The flip side of movement, yin embodies stillness, turning inward to peel away stories from our authentic Selves. Modifiable static postures are especially beneficial for muscle recovery and created space for internal reflection and connection. Creating balance, calming the mental chatter, and soothing the physical form.

Deliberate movement and mindful breath create the opportunity to slow down and tune in to your body, mind, and Spirit. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced students looking to relax and turn inward.

Each session starts with a relaxing guided meditation. We then flow into breath, sound, and simple movements. These practices are designed to cultivate energy for healing and awakening and can be done by anyone. Qigong leaves us feeling light, open, energized, and in a positive state of mind.

Opening the body and mind and exchanging energy and breath with all of life is the essence of qigong. Expanding consciousness and discovering our potential to create health and the life we want is the magic of qigong.

Tai Chi Yang style short form: This gentle form of exercise utilizes Taoist principles, relaxation, and stretching to center the mind and exercise the whole body including the internal organs. It can be practiced by anyone of any age group or physical condition. This class will start with the yang style “stretch and warm”, then will rotate between the different postures of the short form.

aim of all living creatures: It is our home.”
