You Down, Dog?
Back by popular demand! This is one of Samantha’s first ever anatomy workshop exploring our favorite āsana, Down Dog! We will explore western anatomy, and eastern anatomy to better understand our personal alignment in this pose! Mālā Making!!
A mālā is a garland often used with mantra in meditation! These spiritual tools are made with 108 beads designed to assist one with counting repetitions of one’s personal mantra or breaths. Sound Healing for Abundance!

Maturing the Foundations

Create a deeper foundation of basic yoga information. This course includes advanced yoga topics such as the cosmology of yoga, an overview of the basics of āsana, prānāyāma, meditation, dṛṣṭi, mudrā, mantra and bandha, yogic anatomy, and āyurveda.
